After our initial meeting where we discuss what you want on your website and you send over all your content, generally build time is about 1 day per page. Check out “The Process” on the home page for a more detailed breakdown of the steps to your perfect website.
Their are three main costs associated with keeping your website online and healthy. The first is website hosting, the most expensive cost coming in at $99-$150 per year. This is what keeps your website live on the world wide web, without this your customers can not view your website. Secondly you have domain hosting, this is the name of your website like YCWDesign.com, the price of this will depend on your name but usually it is only $20/year, without it your website will not have a parking spot on the web, resulting in no accessible website. Last but not least you have maintenance, check out the Maintenance Page for more details and our different plans. Existing Websites
In most cases, yes! If you have an existing website that you want to make a few changes on it is usually more time and cost efficient to work on the pre-existing site. In order for this to work you need to provide us with an admin login to your site allowing us to make changes. Contact Us and reach out for a free quote today!
In most cases it will be billed at our standard website service rate of $30/hour. The number of hours required to make the changes you want will depend on your needs. If you decide use YCWD for ongoing maintenance service hours included in your plan can be used immediately after purchase. Check out our maintenance plans and find your perfect plan here. Refund/Cancelation
Yes, Your Custom Web Design, Inc. will refund all payments submitted excluding the $120 setup fee. With unlimited revisions of your final website we do everything in our power to avoid this and bring your perfect website to life.
When your payment is more than 20 days late and we don’t receive any response to our late payment notices your website will be put into “construction mode”. This means that when you visit your website you will be greeted with a page that says “coming soon” and nothing more. Please note that YCWD will only do this if we can not get in contact with you, keeping your website online is our #1 priority. Your website will stay in the “under construction” state for up to 3 months or until all past due balances are paid and up to date. After 3 months of no contact or payment Your Custom Web Design, Inc. reserves the right to remove your website hosting to make room for our other websites. Your website will be saved offline in our server for up to 1 year. We will share this file with you upon request but Your Custom Web Design, Inc. does NOT provide any support for getting your website running elsewhere, we only provide you with the website files.
If you decided to let us buy and manage your domain and cancel or stop making payments we will retain ownership of the domain until it expires.(usually 1 year from original purchase date) You can request a domain ownership transfer at any time, YCWD will gladly start the domain transfer process for you.(Domain transfers can take up to 30 days)
